How do I get access to Compleweb?

Please fill in our registration form and we will send you your access data. You can find the registration form here.

How can I subsequently change the prescriber of the prescription?

How can I change the dispensing point for a prescription I have created?

I have issued the prescription to the wrong patient by mistake. Can I still change?

I would like to change the recipe I have just submitted. What can I do?

If you order with Compleweb, you can cancel orders that are in "Transmitted" status and then enter them again. To cancel, click on the corresponding icon in the order overview under "My orders". You can then re-enter the order. Please note that the cancellation of an order is only possible as long as the order has the status "Transmitted". As soon as the status in Compleweb has changed to "Being produced", a change is unfortunately no longer possible.

Can I cancel the prescription I have just submitted?

Click on the corresponding link on the Compleweb login page(www.compleweb.ch) and create a new password.
